Background...

I'm David Molde, and I have been in the construction industry for over 30 years. From starting off as an apprentice in Building Services Engineering, to running International Government Projects, I have been privileged to work on great projects for some of the world's leading construction companies.

As Operations Director for a large PLC, I managed landmark projects for the UK Government. For the Ministry of Defence, projects included the Defence Intelligence & Security Centre, and several RAF and USAF bases across the UK. I also managed projects for several hospitals, including the Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham, and the Northern General Hospital in Sheffield.

As Projects Director for the preferred contractor to the Ministry of Justice, I was responsible for large projects at many of the UK's prisons, including HMP Swaleside, Nottingham, and Onley. I was also Projects Director for a multi-national corporation for whom I managed the projects including the O2 Designer Outlet Village and the Westfield Centre at Shepherds Bush.

I also managed projects for large banks, McLaren, and Motability in my role as Head of Projects for the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. Additionally I was Senior Contracts Manager for one of the UK's big five energy providers, managing commercial projects for University and School developments, as well as District Heating Systems.

About UK Property Rescue...

Speaking to colleagues across the industry, it became apparent that empty homes weren't being utilised, and that problem properties were increasingly an issue for local authorities.

And so, I recruited the best tradesmen from my extensive contacts across the industry, and UK Property Rescue was born. We are growing exponentially. As well as our local authority clients, we quickly developed relationships with professional deputies handling clients with mental incapacity, and insurance companies dealing with disaster recovery scenarios.

With tradesmen across all building and construction sectors, we pride ourselves on being able to provide a unified solution for our clients. We handle everything, making their life easier, and by keeping the services in-house, we can reduce costs and meet the budgetary constraints required to complete the work in a timely manner.

If our services meet your needs as a local authority, professional deputy, or insurance firm, then please do not hesitate to get in touch. We'd love to hear from you.
